Industry · Restaurants & rooftops
Real dining rooms, real rooftops, standing on their own.
Most of these sit inside major hotels, but they're documented and presented as their own category. A restaurant or bar manager is a different decision-maker than a hotel GM, with different questions about the room.
From the capture-program era, the standard here: capture between services, with menus and signage current before the camera moves.

Real projects, real locations.

Worth knowing.
Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek alone accounts for most of this list. Minato (Japanese), Fish Market, Yum Noodle, the Gourmet Boulevard coffee shop, Ku-Bu nightclub, The Pub, and Up in the Sky, a rooftop venue, were all documented as part of a single Google Street View integration project covering fifteen dining outlets.
Attico (Italian) and 27 Bytes, at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok, and Blu Lobster, at Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh, round out the international list.

Before you ask
Restaurants & rooftops, specifically.
Do these need to be inside a hotel to qualify?
No. The category exists because F&B decision-makers care about different things than a hotel GM does: table layout, bar sightlines, kitchen flow. A standalone restaurant is exactly the kind of job this fits.
Can a rooftop or outdoor space be scanned the same way?
Yes. Up in the Sky, in Dubai, is an outdoor rooftop venue, scanned the same way as an indoor dining room.
