1. Introduction & Engagement Principles
Welcome to Adostrophe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with our professional services. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional quality and measurable results. These Terms are designed to create a clear, transparent, and efficient process for our partnership.
2. Project Scope & Service Agreement
Our collaboration on any project begins after a detailed discussion and mutual agreement on a formal Scope of Work (SOW). This SOW, provided as part of a custom proposal, outlines the specific services, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
- Agreement: The agreed-upon proposal and SOW, once confirmed, form the binding service agreement for the project.
- Changes to Scope: Any modifications or additions to the agreed-upon scope must be documented in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment Terms
Our services are customized for each project. While our website provides general information, we require direct contact to provide a detailed, no-obligation quote.
- Matterport & On-Site Services: Due to the immediate allocation of resources, a 100% upfront payment is required to confirm booking and schedule the work for all Matterport and 360° photography services.
- Retainer & Other Services: Payment schedules for ongoing services (like Google Ads management) or milestone-based projects (like web development) will be clearly defined in your custom proposal.
- Budgetary Flexibility: We will not turn down a client based solely on initial budget considerations. We are dedicated to exploring all possibilities to find a viable path forward for every potential partnership.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon our receipt of full and final payment, the client is granted full and exclusive intellectual property rights and ownership of the final, completed deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Adostrophe commits to maintaining strict and absolute confidentiality regarding all non-public, proprietary information shared by the client. We will not disclose such information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
6. Special Commitment to Non-Profits & NGOs
Adostrophe is committed to making our high-quality digital solutions accessible to Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). We strive to be as flexible as possible with our terms and explore budget-conscious approaches to help amplify your mission.
