Terms and Conditions

Scope of work. Project scope, pricing, and turnaround are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins. Published pricing on this site (₹1,50,000/day Matterport, ₹1,000/photo Street View) is a starting reference; larger or unusual jobs are quoted directly.

Payment. Payment terms are agreed per project before the scan takes place.

Delivery. Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from the date of capture, though this can vary with project size and complexity.

Ownership and usage. Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a usage license to the delivered tour, photos, or files for their own marketing and documentation purposes.

Authorship and copyright. Every photograph and virtual tour on this site, including the camera shown on-site, the tours themselves, and every image of a real project, was captured personally by Niranjan Ramamurthy. None of it is stock imagery, and none of it was produced by a third party. This original photography and spatial data is protected by copyright; reproduction or reuse without written permission isn't authorized.

Third-party platforms. Matterport tours are hosted on Matterport's own platform and subject to Matterport's terms of service, separate from ours.

Cancellations. Cancellation terms are agreed on a per-project basis, particularly for jobs requiring travel or multi-day scheduling.

Liability. Adostrophe takes reasonable care during on-site work but isn't liable for pre-existing conditions of a property or third-party platform outages beyond our control.
