Google Ad Grants Management
Google provides eligible non-profits with $120,000 a year in search advertising. We handle the execution. From campaign architecture to strict compliance, we ensure you utilize your $10,000 monthly credit without triggering an account suspension.
Program Expansion: October 2025
Google for Nonprofits has expanded eligibility to over 100 additional geographies. Qualifying organizations gain access to the Ad Grant and Google Workspace enterprise tools, including Gemini and NotebookLM integrations.
Verify Country EligibilityData Ownership & Security
We handle the campaign engineering, not the legal proxy work. Your organization must retain complete ownership of its data and portal access.
1. Client-Side Registration
You must complete your own Goodstack validation and Google for Nonprofits setup. We do not ask for internal organizational documents to apply on your behalf.
2. Secure MCC Access
Once your account is active, we link to it using Google's 'My Client Center' (MCC) manager infrastructure. We never ask for your direct login credentials.
3. Escalation Support
If your team hits technical roadblocks during the Google verification process, we will advise you on how to escalate and resolve those flags with Google Support.
4. Code Integration
We implement GA4 and Google Tag Manager conversion codes into your website, or provide exact technical instructions for your current web developer.
Workflow & Tooling
Offline Campaign Structuring
We build campaign architectures offline using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Excel. If you require collaborative reviews prior to launch, we supply drafts via Google Sheets.
Hard Conversion Tracking
We ignore vanity metrics. By integrating Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we track the actions that directly impact your mission: donor acquisition, volunteer sign-ups, and petition signatures.
Factual Reporting
We aggregate data from the Google Ads UI and GA4 to provide you with clear, monthly insights into campaign performance, compliance health, and bid strategy adjustments.
Featured Work: Web Architecture
Google suspends Ad Grant accounts if the linked website is slow, unsecure, or provides a poor user experience. We build custom static sites that pass manual reviews.
Suicide Prevention India Foundation (SPIF)
To ensure uninterrupted access to critical public health resources and maintain Google Ad Grant compliance, Adostrophe rebuilt the SPIF.in platform.
We migrated the site from a standard CMS to a static HTML architecture on Azure. By eliminating database queries and running analytics at the network edge via Cloudflare Zaraz, we reduced loading latency to zero, securing a stable foundation for their Ad Grant campaigns.
Professional Account Services
Managing a $120,000 annual advertising budget requires daily oversight. We charge standard professional rates to protect your grant from suspension and track measurable ROI.
Setup & Audit
A one-time fee to structure the campaign architecture, establish negative keyword filters, and deploy conversion tracking codes.
Monthly Retainer
An ongoing retainer to handle bid adjustments, search term filtering, reporting, and mandatory 5% CTR compliance maintenance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you apply for the Ad Grant on our behalf?
No. Your organization must complete its own Goodstack validation and Google for Nonprofits registration. Once your account is active, we connect to it securely via MCC access.
How do you access our Google Ads account?
We use Google's 'My Client Center' (MCC) accounts. We send a link request, and you approve it in your dashboard. We do not need your passwords or login credentials.
What happens if our account is suspended for low CTR?
If your Click-Through Rate drops below 5% for two consecutive months, Google deactivates the grant. We audit the account, pause non-performing keywords, restructure the ad groups to meet compliance standards, and submit the reactivation appeal on your behalf.
Can we run regular paid ads alongside the Grant?
Yes. You can maintain a standard Google Ads account alongside your Grant account. Standard accounts are not subject to the Grant's $2.00 bid cap, making them useful for highly competitive donation keywords.
Why pay a management fee for a free grant?
The Ad Grant requires strict adherence to policies, including the 5% CTR minimum, specific keyword structures, and valid conversion tracking. A management fee acts as an insurance policy to keep the account compliant, prevent suspension, and ensure the traffic actually converts.
