4. Matterport & Spatial Data Privacy
As a Matterport Service Provider, we capture high-fidelity 3D data of physical spaces. We adhere to strict privacy protocols regarding this data:
- Face Blurring: We manually blur faces, vehicle license plates, and sensitive documents visible in the scan before publishing.
- Hosting Security: 3D models are hosted on Matterport’s secure cloud infrastructure. Adostrophe does not download or store raw depth data on local servers unless requested for AEC documentation.
- Access Control: Clients may request their models be set to "Private" (accessible only to admins), "Password Protected" (accessible via link + password), or "Public" (indexed by search engines).
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses "cookies" to enhance User experience. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Note that some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.
We do not use tracking pixels for third-party ad retargeting networks. Your browsing history on our site stays on our site.
