Payment is made a week in advance to secure the date. We will confirm the schedule with you 24 hours prior to the shoot and assist with any last-minute staging or preparation questions.

We always arrive early. Before turning on the camera, our technician will take a quick physical walk through the property to double-check staging and mentally map out the most efficient scanning grid.

To ensure perfect alignment and zero glitches, the property must be free of people—including DSLR photographers, brokers, and potential buyers. If someone must pass through, we can briefly pause scanning to avoid capturing moving objects.

If you cannot be on-site, that is absolutely fine. We are experienced professionals. We will turn on all lights, execute the scan, turn everything off, lock all doors and windows, and leave the key securely with property management or in a lockbox.
