The Brief

Our capture technicians visit the site at the scheduled date and time to scan the property. Taking about 30-40 seconds per scan, the entire property is covered with the density being as thick as necessary to create a high quality dollhouse. So a 2BHK of 1500 sq ft could take about an hour.

Post processing, you will receive the photorealistic virtual tour, along with a schematic floor plan if you need it. Matterport scanners are much faster than professional grade scanners like the Faro Focus Premium, and also have high-fidelity imagery.

Our Approach

Our capture technicians have completed hundreds of scans all over India, and they are well aware of what goes into creating a high quality tour for your AEC needs. If necessary, the tour can be provided within a few hours.

As popular as Matterport is for marketing, with a reasonable tolerance of accuracy, it’s also used for as-built models. The E57 files can be generated in about an hour’s time. Other BIM exports could take a day or two.

Within Matterport, we could also help with unlimited number of revisions, when it comes to the highlight reels, Mattertags and other edits. We also bear your hosting charges for up to a year.
