Owner's manual
Your tour, after delivery.
A tour isn't finished at delivery; that's when it starts working. This page is the owner's manual — what your Matterport tour can do for you month to month, and what's included when it's hosted here.
Embedding it where it sells
The tour is one iframe: your website, your Google Business Profile link, booking pages, listing portals, proposals. If your site needs work before the tour deserves it, that's a conversation too — the web care plans exist because tours kept landing on websites that dropped them.
Extracts, reels, and edits — included
Marketing teams come back for still extracts for campaigns, highlight reels for launches, tag updates when a menu or layout changes, merges after renovations. While the tour is hosted here, all of that is included — no meter. Ask by email with the campaign in mind; extracts usually come back the same week.
Reading your numbers
Matterport reports views, visitors, and impressions — and they mean different things (impressions count appearances, not attention). When you want the real picture, ask for the plain-language version: what moved, what didn't, and whether anything's worth changing. Plain measurement, plainly reported, is a standing policy here — not a dashboard.
Keeping it alive
The tour lives on a subscription that renews; if it lapses, Matterport takes it offline. Annual hosting managed here is the recommended arrangement — one renewal, no surprises, edits included — with monthly and own-account options spelled out on the service page. Renovated the space? Rescans of changed sections are free.
What comes with every scan
Every scan client gets, as standard: edits and extracts included while hosted here; free rescans of changed sections; and a once-over of the website and any running ad campaigns the tour will live inside — because the tour has to live somewhere, and it should live somewhere that works. Findings come as a short document; acting on them is a separate, quoted engagement, never a surprise invoice.
