2. Keyword Strategy
We build a granular keyword list, including long-tail variations and a robust negative keyword strategy to filter out irrelevant traffic and reduce wasted spend.
3. Campaign Build & Ad Copy
We structure campaigns with tightly themed ad groups and write clear, direct ad copy that aligns with user intent and the targeted keywords.
4. Conversion Tracking
Accurate tracking of leads, sales, or other key actions is fundamental. We ensure this is correctly implemented to measure performance and enable optimization.
5. Daily Management
Campaigns are monitored daily. We adjust bids, manage budgets, test ad variations, and refine targeting to improve performance over time.
6. Transparent Reporting
You receive monthly performance reports with clear analysis (MoM, YoY). We hold regular meetings to discuss results, strategy, and next steps.
A Transparent Fee Structure
Our pricing is straightforward and directly related to the work involved. There are no hidden fees.
One-Time Setup Fee: $150
This fee covers the initial work of auditing your account, conducting keyword research, and building or restructuring your campaigns.
Monthly Management Fee: 15%
Our ongoing management fee is 15% of your monthly ad spend. This covers all daily optimizations, monitoring, and monthly reporting.
Our Performance Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the performance improvements for any given month, we will not charge our management fee for that month.
You always retain 100% ownership of your Google Ads account. Our work is conducted with full transparency, in line with Google's third-party policies.
Google Ad Grant Management
The Google Ad Grant provides eligible non-profits with up to $10,000 USD per month in search advertising credits. It is a valuable tool for reaching donors, recruiting volunteers, and raising awareness.
Managing an Ad Grant account requires knowledge of Google's specific rules and compliance requirements. Our experience ensures your non-profit can make effective use of this resource.
